My book ‘Inside Our Own Hearts’ is an autobiography, being a true story of my life and life experiences, and within the story is shown a connection of my past, present, and perhaps even future life. It is truly written from within my heart, and I hope in its silent form will connect with others’ hearts. I would like it to be read as an enlightened, inspirational story of travel, friendships and love shared between all those around me, and also those whom I have learnt to connect with in other realms.

What began for me many years ago as paranormal experiences, took on a totally different life and light within my whole being as my brother’s passing became a catalyst for my spiritual development and growth. Through my experiences and my belief of him making contact with me, my continued dreams, the analysing of these dreams by a well-know medium/ dream analyst I realized that my awaking into spirituality had began. My next step was to look further a field in order to begin my understanding and further growth in spiritual matters. My book tells in easy terms of this journey of learning and understanding, a journey which still continues. It is a story of love and friendship which has crossed over the borders of life and (earthly) death.

My spiritual journey began by my attending spiritual churches, and so began my learning, my understanding slowly taking on clarity of its own, (although I do not know everything, and think I never will). All of this is reflected between the lovingly placed pages of my book.

It describes my involvement in circle, meditation, learning mediumship skills and how I try to live a spiritual life on a daily basis. I write of those who help and guide me, both on this and the other side of life.

Death is merely a pathway

It tells of my many incidents of my meeting with the un-known, the times I have been afraid and how this has been over-come.

I have written the book not only in regular text format, but often events and experiences are described through poetry. I have included quotes, small photographs (taken by myself), and many of my own writings and quotations are included. It is a spiritual book, with many new and inventive ideas and is, I feel, well worth a read by yourselves and the general public. I have written it so as anyone can identify with it, not only those who usually read books in a certain genre.

Writing this book has produced within me many emotions, not least of all sad ones, but this life is full of many varied experiences, all sent to teach and balance us, until we ascend into our next life and those thereafter.
