Let Us Tell You Dear Souls:
In the cold light of day on earth~ all semi-awakened soul are not aware of the higher frequency within your own fields of life force. You are still trying to find them, but are looking outside your own truth.

Believing that you will be shown or saved by someone or something else~ other than your own resources~ the human race has been brought up on these beliefs~ and its very difficult to shift them~ when you do not know that you have them.

YOU believe that you have to do certain things to gain a good life or a good job, a family, a good way to communicate to others, get married, have children~ be secure~ follow the rules~ to keep within the control matrix of earths man made set up~ that is designed to control all things.

The mind of man has its own energy’s of self~ this has been repressed~ and to break it~ means to break your fears of what would happen to you~ if you do not conform.

Let us tell you dear souls~ that your mind can be free whilst you live in this controlled state~ your thoughts are your freedom~ to break the control~ distance your self from the media as much as possible.

This control is given to you from every angle and you cannot completely disregard it while living on earth~ but you can minimise it enough~ to recognise of your soul self.
It can be achieved in your life style~ without taking your self to the top of a mountain~ and living in a cave~ and being cut off from society.

Humans are not meant to live on isolation, or to be herded like sheep along a life path.

Step off the road~ and walk on the grass~ in the fields and deserts~ or by the sea, rivers or lakes~ for as much time as possible~ cut off from the media, even for a short while to experience how it feels to be free.

You will go back to it~ because you are living your earthly life~ holding responsibilities towards loved ones.
Becoming aware of this hold~ that you are being given all the time~ is the way to Control IT~ and not let IT control you~ you have the power dear souls~ of individual thoughts, feeling, emotions and a wonderful body that is self-regulating~ if you give it a chance to blossom out.

This freedom lies within~ waiting for the moment when all is quiet~ and it can give you deep insights to how you really are~ every living soul~ dear ones, has these facility’s~ all you have to do is recognise and apply them.

For you who are looking~ do not try to look outside of your self~ sit for a while in the quiet and notice that NOTHING SEEMS to HAPPEN~ that NOTHING is your inner self sitting quietly waiting~ @ the moment when you get cross that you have not reached the void or what you think is the void~ breath into your heart~ keep your focus on the tip of your nose and relax your emotional anger~ that makes you think that you have failed!
Failure is the fear!

There is no failure everything is correct~ @ the moment you catch the feeling~ do not think about what you have NOT received~ or these thoughts of how it should be~ this is not your truth.
Each soul has their own truth~ about their own perception~ of what they need, see and feel.
The fact that you think you have NOT reached the void means ~you have touched on it and it’s not what you thought it is.
What you have been taught is a given belief.
When you touch on this space~ where you get frustrated when focusing~ means you HAVE reached a beginning~ its not all dancing~ all bright light with angels floating about~ it’s the quiet silence of the feeling of being @ one~ when you get accomplish @ doing this~ then you can connect to the bright light of angels and the divine source.

Its at this point that you realise you do not need the hype~ of what’s been told~ and the greatness of this practice~ IS the knowledge of the quiet within~ and catching the frequencies of light that bring you to your divine self~ be patients, keep sitting, keep going with it.
One of the things dear souls, that stands out~ is you have to go through your anger~ and acknowledge that you cannot just buy this~ its not for sale, its your inner wealth.

Your anger is a layer to let go of~ a thought that you need to change~ it’s a pointer~ to show you what you need to look at~ and adjust.
Once you decide to keep doing it ~ you will get over your anger and blossom out into your true being.
Be blessed dear souls~ and know that you are well supported by us~ the higher beings of light that reside within you all.
