Im' 18 years old. A few months ago I woke up in my bed and I opened my eyes and as soon as I did, something sort of lunged for me. This thing was sort of misty like I'd imagine a spirit to be but it was like a creature hovering. As soon as I opened my eyes it sort of reached forward for me an it snarled or something. I remember this cos I said 'holy sh!#' and put my head under th covers. After a minute (I didn't want to look as I was scared) I looked out and it was gone (hasn't happend again). Was this real? what could it be?

Hi this sounds to me as though it could be a creature from the lower spiritual realms, sometimes this happens if someone has perhaps practised negative witchcraft, not necessarily in your home but very near, and it could have been done many years ago, even hundreds. I notice this happened in 2009 how are things now? regards Jan

Thisis real, it's happen to me before, had no idea why, but then i kinda got used to something lunging at me, but i was never physically hurt. i think it/they found me as a threat somehow, that was the feeling i got. i just turned 19 and this happened to me when i was younger. but now different 'people' in my dreams have begun to lunge at me, nad tried to attack me.
i'm not saying this to freak you about or anything, just saying i've experinced this. next time the mist is there try to see if you can sense why he's lunging at you.

Over a period of ten years, I have three times experienced a spirit form sitting on my bed. On each occasion I was fully awake. I didn't feel threatened in any way although I was scared. I felt it to be a comforting presence and I experienced it in a physical way like I would do if a real person was sitting at the side of me. The second time it happened the spirit actually lay at the back of me and held my hands, I could feel the warmth of the presence although I was too scared to turn around and look. After a while I just stopped being aware of it and it was gone. I like to think it was my spirit guide or angel but I don't really know.
