	What is RSS?

Having recently been given some sort of healing in my hands, I have seen visions of people (apparently I have two guides) and have a very strong buzz constantly so I am beginning a new career in healing. All very exciting. But I did have a very disturbing incident whilst I was asleep - 3 "people" were holding me down whilst trying to force a spirit into me. They almost managed it and if I had let them it would have happened. It took a lot of effort to shout out NO! It felt as if it was a bad force not good or perhaps it was a good force and I just wasn't ready for it.

Has anyone had anything similar happen to them, please? Or was it just a dream and I should ignore it?

I have had similar dreams, it is very hard to fight against as in the dream you cant always tell your asleep and the fear in the situation as well. after something like that you cant always rationalize it until a while after it has happened.

I think you did the right things good spirits wouldn't try to force themselves on you, you are in control and can say NO whenever you want to, have no fear the negative feeds on fear all the best with the healing.

yes, many years ago. While sleeping I felt a heavy presense on my chest, and the same with me I could not move. I resisted and it went away. I never experienced it again.

I had something similar happen to me a while back. I do occasional healing and sit in a trance mediumship development circle. What happened to me twice actually was that I was lying on my bed during the day and felt something heavy on my body and was unable to move.

When I had a reading with a friend of mine who is a medium, she said that a strong male spirit guide of mine was pinning me down. She didn't say why it happened but it was something about my guides adjusting my energies. It was a very scary experience.

I have noticed that I have become more confident in trance lately and it hasn't happened again so maybe it was necessary at the time? Good luck with all your work. Annetta xxx

The buzzing sensation is common with healing work, but as someone said below, you really need to be doing grounding and protection before undertaking any kind of spiritual work. I would also look into establishing a connection with your guide, your gate keeper, they will be able to guide you with your development and assist you with protection etc
