Be very loving and very positive and banish for ever all negative and unkind thoughts and feelings, and see what a difference it will make to your whole life and living. How quickly the weeds can grow in your mind if you let them. Pluck them out and leave room for the flowers of love and joy to grow and flourish. Be ever watchful, for weeds spring up very quickly and almost unnoticed and choke and destroy. What is even worse, their seeds drop and germinate at great speed, and if they are allowed to take hold, will choke and kill the other plants, so again I say to each one of you, watch your thoughts and pluck out every negative one instantly. Do not give it any force, any life. Keep your mind stayed on Me, and find perfect peace and harmony within.

One of the co-founders of the Findhorn Community, Eileen Caddy, received guidance from the "still, small voice within" and shared it with the community for more than 40 years until she passed away in 2006.
